This Privacy Policy explains how Brite Technologies LLC ("Estimates Pro", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Estimates Pro mobile app and the estimates-pro.com website (together, the "Service").
Information we collect
- Account information — email address and, if you set one up, your business name, logo, and contact details used on your estimates and invoices.
- Content you create — job photos, estimates, invoices, line items, and pricing you enter or generate in the app.
- Usage & device data — app version, device type, and basic analytics used to keep the Service working and improve it.
- Payment data — handled by our payment provider (see "Payments" below). We do not store your full card details.
How we use your information
- To provide the core features: generating estimates from photos, applying local pricing, and exporting PDFs.
- To sync your data across your devices and the web dashboard.
- To process your subscription, send receipts, and provide support.
- To maintain security and improve the Service.
Photos
Job-site photos you submit are processed to generate cost estimates. Photos are used to provide the estimating feature and are not sold to third parties.
Payments
Subscriptions purchased on estimates-pro.com are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, receipts, and applicable taxes. Your payment details are provided directly to Paddle and are subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, our payment provider, and analytics), and only as needed to provide the Service or comply with law.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@britetodo.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@britetodo.com.
Children
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
