Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Estimates Pro app and the estimates-pro.com website (the "Service"), provided by Brite Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Estimates Pro helps contractors and tradespeople generate cost estimates and invoices. Estimates are informational tools based on the inputs you provide and reference pricing data; they are not a guarantee of actual job cost. You are responsible for reviewing every estimate before sharing it with a client.
Subscription & pricing
- Plan: Estimates Pro — full access.
- Price: US$29 per year.
- Billing: charged once at purchase and then automatically once per year on the same date, until cancelled.
- Taxes: any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout and shown before payment.
- No trial: the plan does not currently include a free trial; the app itself is free to download.
The price shown on this website matches the price presented at checkout. If we change pricing, the new price applies to renewals after we notify you.
Payments & merchant of record
Subscriptions purchased on estimates-pro.com are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for those orders. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google and managed in your store account.
Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time; you will keep access until the end of the paid period, and it will not renew after that. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact hello@britetodo.com within 14 days of a charge and we (or Paddle, for web orders) will review your request. Refunds for App Store / Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brite Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for business decisions made based on generated estimates.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
